Preschool & Daycare Enrollment Phoenix, AZ
Magical Star Preschool strives to provide a welcoming environment for every child enrolled with us. We work hard to maintain an accommodating curriculum that’s inclusive of every child and their family in Phoenix, AZ. Please keep reading below for more information about daycare enrollment, as well as enrollment for our pre-k and before/after school programs.
Please note that enrollment must be completed a minimum of 24 hours prior to your child’s first day with us. All enrollment forms must be turned in and all fees must be paid upon enrollment. This includes:
- Emergency Information Card
- Copy of Shot Records
- Federal Food Affidavit Form
- Children Information Questionnaire Enrollment Agreement Forms
- Full-time enrollment is for a maximum of 10 hours per day of childcare
- part-time enrollment is for max. of 5 hours per day, a min. of 3 day a week.
Tuition
We work hard to keep our tuition fees as affordable as possible for all programs, including for our before and after school care enrollment. Below is a list of tuition costs for all classrooms, for either part-or full-time enrollment

Fee Assistance
For Phoenix, AZ households that qualify, there is an assistance program for payment of tuition for child (children) through the State Department of Economic Security, called the Childcare Assistance program. We have the enrollment packet on-file and can provide it for you as part of the preschool enrollment process.
Payments
Payments are due every Friday prior for services rendered for the following week and can be made weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Payments are due regardless of the attendance of your child. Magical Star Preschool accepts cash, money orders, cashier checks, Apple pay, and/or any major credit card. Annual payment summaries are available upon request.
Late Fees
There is a $50 late fee payment for all payments not received by Monday at noon. There is a 10-hour day limit for all children in our care. If you would like your child/children to attend longer than 10 hours a day, there fee is an additional $15 per hour, per child. There is a $10 per minute late pick up fee that must be paid the day-of.
Withdraw Policy
Parents may terminate childcare services by providing written notice two weeks prior to the last date of childcare. If notice is not given, parents will be billed for an additional two weeks and legal action will be taken to collect payment.
*A 3% processing fee will be assessed for credit card payments. We do not accept personal checks.
